Course Dates:
November 17th, 18th & 19th (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) 2003

Fee Covers:

The course fee of $650 includes a course notebook of resource materials supporting each topic area covered. The fee also covers break refreshments and lunch for all three course days. A certificate indicating completion of 2.0 Continuing Education Units (1 CEU = 10 hours) will be provided to each participant, and a formal record of these CEUs will be maintained by The University of Tennessee Professional & Personal Development Office for 10 years from the date of completion.

The exhibitor fee of $750 entitles one person to attend the course, plus have a  space in the vendor exhibitor area. All refreshments will be served in the exhibition area to provide 4.5 hr of attendee and exhibitor contact time.

Lodging:

You are responsible for making your own lodging arrangements at the facility of your choice (course fee does not include lodging). A limited block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Knoxville (www.knoxville.hilton.com) in connection with the course at a rate of $70 per night. If you wish to stay at the Hilton you may make reservations by calling (865) 523-2300. Please reference the “CNMP Course” group to receive the quoted rate. This block of rooms will be held until October 16, 2003. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel, you will get a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee, if we receive notice by Monday, November 3, 2003.
